To return your product, you should mail it to: Ikolaba, Ibadan, OY, 200221, Nigeria.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Returns & Replacements
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

For you to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Packaged goods such as food cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Read more


Ordering

You can search for products by entering search words into the search box, and matching results will be displayed. On both mobile and desktop, you can browse by category, select from the drop-down menu next to the Search box and click the magnifying glass icon. Each category offers its own customized options for you to search and browse.

Select your products, add them to your cart, review your items and Proceed to Checkout. There will be an option, either to sign in to your account or create a new account if this is your first order on Cartehub.

Sign in and select shipping address, shipping and payment methods.When there is more than one item ordered, you have the option to merge your items into as few shipments as possible. Items made on request may be shipped at a separate time.Review your order details. In cases where promos and promotional codes apply, you should use them on your order.

We accept payment 24/7 for all online orders. We accept card and online payments via PayStack.

Cartehub reserves the right to cancel or amend orders placed on mistyped, mispriced, or otherwise mistakenly displayed merchandise. Please note that prices and availability are subject to change, especially for items with limited availability.
